Seventy Third Collection
A total rock chick! Lead singer of a local band The Message I had the pleasure of photographing as they launch the band.
📍Casa Batlló
- Casa Batlló was a family residence and we stepped into the creative brains of Antoni Gaudí. Such a genius architect from the 19th century! We were mind blown.
This is one of the beautiful waterfalls in Franconia Notch State Park, Maine, USA. I couldn’t resist a beautiful long exposure shot to give it a dreamy look.
This water tower is located in Washago (from Ojibway meaning a place of ‘clear and sparkling water’). Once used by the railroad it is the 1st stop northwest of Toronto for Via Rails’s CANADIAN.
The five villages of the Cinque Terre were on my bucketlist. These villages are only reachable by train or boat. They can be recognized by the colorful houses built against the mountain.
I don't get the opportunity to shoot in urban environments that often. I was really drawn to the contrasts in this scene though. The juxtaposition of an older building sandwiched between two modern, the contrast between light and dark, and multiple patterns.
A Tuscan retreat exploring food and photography. We had this beautifully natural lit window that provided the best light to showcase the pasta.
“At sunrise the blue sky paints herself with gold colours and joyfully dances to the music of a morning breeze.”
by Debasish Mridha
I love the sunrise, as I am definitely a morning person! It’s a great time to get up and have a coffee on the dock before the world wakes up.
These are the Trümmelbach waterfalls in Switzerland. In the caves from the top to the bottom there are 10 great waterfalls.
Taking an early morning walk at low tide with my sister, we came across these interesting sand patterns.
Venice. The splendid colors of the lagoon between the Fondamenta Nove and the Island of San Michele.
Tarde de tormenta, con un espectacular arco iris doble, por tierras Castellano Manchegas en Madridejos - Toledo
A day trip into a park near our North Saskatchewan River. I was looking for what I call a “laneway to nowhere.” I found this rutted path. I took a first shot, but then took this one 20 minutes later after the sun broke through the clouds. I love the variety of textures and autumnal colors.
The fountain of King Matthias at the castle district in Budapest. Capturing this felt like an honor. The craftsmanship and the story behind this fountain is amazing. It is such a structure that gives a photographer the avenue to try their different skills!
A cozy cottage peaks through the beautiful fall foliage at the gardens of Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Here in Ontario, Canada, we have had an extended summer throughout September allowing our giant Hibiscus to squeeze out its last flowers of the season.
Busy bumblebee. Carrying seeds from one flower to another one. Their job is so important and definitely underestimated.
