On my first trip to Amsterdam I was in constant awe of the number of bicycles everywhere. This is just one of many photos of the iconic Amsterdam River and bicycles I took on that trip.

The Galleria Trees sculpture in downtown Calgary were installed in 2000. Since it is difficult to grow trees in Calgary, it was decided that the ten sculptures comprised of two design types would take the form of stylized trees as conceived by the Architect.

En la sierra de Francia nos encontramos este bello municipio "San Martin del Castañar" de la provincia de Salamanca, su bella arquitectura lo hace todavía más espectacular y poder pasear por sus calles al caer la noche tiene su magia y encanto.

A gorgeous vista on a sunny day in Fairmont Hot Springs. These towering hoodoos can be found just down the highway from the hot springs. I love the contrast of the tall tree against the even taller rocky background.

The gorgeous Manhattan skyline against a dramatic sky was a sight to behold. A cloudy chilly day can still be so beautiful!

Vibrant Charm: A Colourful Fishing Boat in Marsaxlokk, Malta

The striking purple and white of this Iris against the soft orange of the evening sky proved to be the perfect contrast of colours. The low angle photo provided the sky as the backdrop for these stunning flowers.

Poolside dessert and drinks on a beautifully warm, breezy, jewel-toned evening in the Dominican Republic.

All over the village where we’re leaving, you’ll find these wonderful red benches. They seem to invite you to having a seat, take a breath and just relax while you’re listening to the bird’s song.
