I couldn’t wait until it was cold enough to make ice bubbles. I’d go out every morning and wait till it was cold and not windy . I finally got lucky. These ice bubbles are full of magic.
Georgian bay in all its glory! The rocks seem almost placed there on purpose for aesthetic purposes in the backdrop of the Lake Huron being churned by the gusty winds. Nature is a true artist!
Trametes, genus of fungi that I found very interesting. This lovely specimen, I found in Upala, Costa Rica. The constant rain seemed to enhance the colors.

I love to see the day starting with sunrises like these.
A calm day over Salford Quays, Manchester. The tall buildings provide a mirror like reflection in the canal.
My favourite neighbourhood boat, the Kajama. On a cold winter day in Toronto, when the lake was freezing, the frame of the boat provided a good contrast to the white background of the day.
