I am awed by nature and its power to heal and restore us.
I believe images of environmental beauty can offer powerful healing to those needing peace in our world. Experiencing the world through my iPhone lens affords me many opportunities to capture mother nature's dynamic and beautiful moods.
I hope the reflections in the water and spontaneous bursts of light through the clouds help soothe and nurture your soul as they do mine.

A fall walk through Bloedel reserve. An amazing space created by the Bloedel who transformed a NW forest into curated gardens and beautiful landscapes.
The light that day was amazing and I was able to capture a minuscule amount of the reserves beauty.

Early morning fog rising on my morning walk on Bainbridge Island & then I see these two tug boats in silhouette, perfect morning

Travel expands the senses...beautiful reflective light on the harbor in San Sebastián with my friend and a wonderful host.

A hot beautiful summer night in the Pacific Northwest. Dinner on a friends boat & happened to catch this amazing sky with a 2 paddleboarder bonus-Bainbridge Island
12th CollectionAn amazing sky that enticed us for a ride on the big wheel, Seattle WA Waterfront
My nieces and I took many photos with our iPhones as the night evolved into a red sunset. Summer reflections.
Leaving the city, and the colors of blue, the clouds, and the wake align. I was trying to capture the feel of the water, the industrial side of the city on the right & the city vibe. Seattle, WA
10th CollectionA saltwater bay, sleepy island morning. I was captivated by the sailboat at the end of the dock. The reflections and the color of the sunrise was my morning meditation.
10th CollectionIt was a beautiful day at the beach at the Port Townsend lighthouse, a perfect day for a beach picnic & cloud viewing. I climbed these rocks to get this shot of the lighthouse and after I got back to the beach I realized that I lost my wedding ring. Soon found -best ending.
9th CollectionA peaceful Island harbor walk at the end of the day -I tried to capture the incredible sky and the burst of colors as the cloud reflection & colors were amazing. Bainbridge Island, WA
9th CollectionThis was a spectacular day on the water by Lovers Beach-Cabo San Lucas.. I was trying to capture the water color and reflection of the sky.
8th CollectionThis was a beautiful fall day and the colors were so like a watercolor on Eagle harbor, Bainbridge Island. I don’t do a lot of editing but this particular photo I edited a little more on my iPhone.
8th CollectionA chance shot taken on my way to get pastries for friends that spent the night with us after a nice dinner.
Living on Bainbridge Island there are many great sunrises and it’s easy to miss them, I caught this with about 5 minutes to spare.
