Luca, the love of my life and the best teacher sent to me. Wake up & stretch, sunbathe, eat, love unconditionally, enjoy life little pleasures like the air on a car ride, sleep and repeat every second.
Puglia, Polignano a Mare
The green and newly rippled sea laps the beautiful cliffs on which stands the ancient village of Polignano a mare, in Puglia, in southern Italy.

Very gray monochromatic trip to Cannon Beach Oregon ~ such a beautiful place
I was concerned that there wasn’t any contrast in the sky to take any photos.
The sky started clearing closer to sunset ~colors started building ~I was so grateful #Arching sunset -Cannon Beach 2019

We were headed to a concert at the Blaisdell Arena and watched this stunning sunset as we waited in line. Luckily, I was able to angle the shot enough to almost completely cut out the surrounding buildings.
The beautiful interiors of the majestic Notre-Dame Basilica Church, Montreal. This was shot right after a breathtaking sound and light show at the church called the “Aura” which is absolutely surreal and gives you an experience of a lifetime, it felt like I'm healing from within... This is a must go-to show if you visit Montreal,
Si hay algo que emociona al espectador son los bonitos colores del atardecer en cualquier zona de nuestro planeta tierra, como es en esta imagen de la Playa del Matorral en Fuerteventura.
On my way, Nubra valley, this mirror imaging of a lake gives us an amazing shot and it is photographer paradise
Ask anyone who clicks, they would have stopped at this stop to shoot
Shot outside Honolulu, Hawaii along the Kalanianaole Highway, down from Makapu’u Point State Park. Well worth taking a drive. The weather cleared enough to brighten the water color to this gorgeous turquoise.
I took this photo on a hot summer evening at St. Kilda beach in Melbourne - Australia. It was a beautiful sunset with clear skies. While walking on the beach I spotted this couple standing and savoring the setting sun before leaving. With the sun setting in the background, it was a perfect silhouette shot with seagulls resting on the warm sand

The Lake District, Cumbria, to me is an area of stunning beauty and coming here I find myself overcoming challenges that I would previously think I couldn’t do. These stepping stones are a reminder to me that in life it’s important to have smaller goals in place while working on the big long term goal - so those small little victories you get will give you the drive to continue onto the accomplishing the bigger goals.
The Mills @ Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
This place was a cotton mill before, now it becomes a place with collections of arts, handmade and cultural products.
Agoura Hills. We forget there were old roads across California...before the freeways went in. This area is very close to Thousand Oaks....driving through, you can imagine why/how it got its name...Oaks everywhere. The fires devastated this area of SoCal..these Oaks burned by the hundreds. With loads of rain this past fall and into the new year, much of the ground cover returned. This particular area is just off the 101 Freeway....long forgotten except to those of us who knew the area when horse and sheep ranching ran the valley. Several months after the fires, I took a ride over to see what had been spared. This lone Oak...on the side of an all but overgrown dirt road...had barely hung on. Sung and now deceased, no telling how much longer she will survive, the Oaks are known to possess a hundred lives along with hundreds of years of age. This hills looks out to Malibu Canyon and beyond...the cars wiz by...no one really notices the 'what was' as they hurry to 'what is'. iPhone pano - the B&W caught what I saw.
This picture was taken in Paris in the 19th district.
I was on a bridge of the Ourcq canal when I saw this family by boat.
I then decided to immortalize this moment because I found it very symbolic of life: a journey, a family, and the passing of time.
Piazzale Michelangelo, Florence, Italy
The statue of David by Michelangelo rise of the large square above Florence, and it stands out against a sky of chaotic clouds that reveal a fantastic sunset.
Piazzale Michelangelo, Firenze, Italia
La statua del David di Michelangelo sulla grande piazza sopra Firenze, si staglia contro un cielo di nuvole caotiche che lasciano trasparire un fantastico tramonto.
The waves were Epic as the sunset on Waimea. I was standing at least 50 yards up the beach and this monster set came in and surprised me soaking me and my clothes. The sound was amazing as wave after wave hit the shorebreak and crashed onto the beach.
Los colores del atardecer son únicos y especiales en esta bonita zona de Castilla la Mancha, con un marco incomparable de telón de fondo como son el castillo y molinos de Consuegra en Toledo
I always believe in candid shots as it brings the best out of not only who/which is going to be clicked but also the person who’s is clicking the photos
This was one of those candid moments which I clicked
Hawaii yields up flower photos everywhere. I was walking away from our hotel when I espied this hibiscus in full bloom tinted by late day warm light. The Portrait feature on the iPhone 7Plus neatly blurs the cluttered background.
I took this photo on a warm autumn day at Healesville Sanctuary in Melbourne - Australia. I loved the way this tree was standing tall with gorgeous contrasty skies in the background, luckily I changed my perspective to spot this beautiful view
“If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.” ― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
The one cat that can actually stand up to my two labrotties. This gorgeous ginger feline can be found in the block next to me and whenever I see her, she reminds me fear should never get in the way of enjoying your life.
Silver Lake, Eastern Sierra, California. The month was May, snow still on the ground and cold, as we swung around June Lake Loop towards the historic cabins we've stayed at each year for the past 25...then kids in tow..now grown. Had been a hard winter and we were taken with the many Aspens lost...felled by the occasion avalanche that keeps the Loop closed during the winter months. Year before, these trees blocked any clear view as you continued your drive around. Not so now. They will be left where they fell as nature reclaims them..shoreline will adjust. While this appears as B&W, is actually color...it was that kind of a day and well worth a stop to see the new view. Silver Lake is always a beautiful lake, no matter what the weather.
This is a wonderful example of "timing is everything".
I constantly marvel at what we’re capturing with our iPhones and this photo highlights perfectly, the wonders of iPhone photography. In my eyes the red poppy is beautiful and the bumble is a special subject.
Silver Lake, Eastern Sierra, California. Our family has visited here for close to 25 years now - spring, summer, and fall...our kids grew up trout fishing on this naturally fed lake. Silver has a real personality and her mood changes with the blink of an eye. As the morning air/water temps change, a mist will blossom and slowly - quietly, flow across the lake and then, disappear just as quickly. Was an early May morning and we were eating in the Silver Lake Cafe - pancakes so light you gotta stab 'em with a fork to keep them from floating away. I looked out the window, saw the mist start to form...said I would be right back and walked over to shore where I saw someone had setup a chair for the morning bite...next to the fresh water flow...great fishing. This is an iPhone pano. Every time I look at this puts me right on the shore.
Dyrhólaey, Iceland
The Dyrhólaey promontory ends with a double natural arch right on the sea. The sea creates an embroidery of foam on the dark rocks, making the landscape beautiful.
Dyrhólaey, Island
Il promontorio di Dyrhólaey, finisce con un doppio arco naturale proprio sul mare. Il mare crea ricami di spuma sulle rocce scure, rendendo il paesaggio bellissimo.
Healdsburg, California. Was a breezy Autumn morning walk in downtown Healdsburg. There is a very small park in the middle of the old town square - filled with huge trees - the leaves were just slowly cascading down onto the still damp grass. I look down more than I look up...saw this and just couldn't help but notice all those tiny little details and textures within one small leaf. Am into details...have been my entire life.
We stopped in September to see Shoshone falls in Idaho, and the river was very low and the falls were not living up to their name as the “Niagara Falls of the West.” So, we left earlier than planned to get back on the road and found this little waterfall and stream running through the park.
Sonoma, California Was a blistering hot day ...not a lick of wind...except in the sky overhead. I like lines and angles...and really enjoying all colors to be found within B&W. Learning as I roll along.
Grabbing a window seat when flying over the Rockies westward to Vancouver Island is so rewarding. I love the contrast and textures in this image. Keeping the lens close to the window helped to avoid reflections.
