Morning light sweeps across the vineyard, revealing the gentle rhythm of cultivated rows against the vastness of the surrounding mountains. A scene where human craftsmanship and untouched nature coexist, captured in a moment of pure clarity and warmth.

A quiet alpine town stands in contrast to the dramatic sky gathering above it. The river cuts through the scene with calm determination, reflecting both the softness of the landscape and the tension of the approaching storm. A moment where nature’s serenity and its raw power meet in perfect balance.

One of those magnificent days when you get up early, see the sun outside and later on standing on a higher hill and enjoy this wonderful view over the Bodensee. This place is called „Fünfländerblick“. When the weather conditions are perfect one can see indeed so far.

Sometimes I feel incredibly happy when I’m outside and witness those special moments, e.g. when the sun spreads its rays all over the landscape. Then I simply have to pause for a moment and, as I take a photo, I feel this deep sense of calm and a profound sense of contentment. It’s wonderful to savour this moment for as long as it lasts and then walk home later with a happy smile, while feeling completely grounded again.

Strolling through Solothurn - a beautiful city in Switzerland full of wonderful buildings of different architectural styles, for example baroque.

Solothurn - a wonderful Swiss city. Between the 16th and 19th centuries, the French ambassador to the Old Swiss Confederacy resided in Solothurn, which earned the city the nickname "Ambassador City". The old town as we know it today was largely built between 1520 and 1790 and therefore presents itself as a fascinating mixture of different architectural styles and forms, with #Baroque buildings Solothurn, sometimes referred to as "the most beautiful Baroque city in Switzerland", is known for its impressive architecture.
