A sunny Saturday along the Amstel in Amsterdam East

This picture was taken in Amsterdam Centraal station. This particular train was directed to Zandvoort, a seaside location in Noord Holland with wide beaches and dunes that make for the perfect weekend walk for many dogs and their humans.

In front of the Hotel the L’Europe, in the very city center of Amsterdam, a butler assists a guest coming from the breakfast terrace in his robe. Although eye-catching, the scene didn’t turn many heads among the lines of Amsterdammers cycling to work, used as they are to see people wearing the most unusual outfits in the streets of the capital.
